We are all spiritual beings in human bodies, experiencing human life on earth. And with that comes everything: joy and heartbreak, purpose and confusion, connection and loss, transitions and transformations. It also comes with loud thoughts. So many of them. The anxious ones. The sad ones. The angry ones. The ones that keep us stuck, small, and playing it safe.


But somewhere beneath all of that, beneath the noise, beneath the human experience, beneath it all lives something quieter. Your intuition. Your soul-self. Your angels.


I'm Cristina, a clairaudient Angel Messenger and Angel Reiki Master Teacher — and yes, I actually hear the angels in my own voice. But I'm also just a human, doing the inner work and living the human experience right alongside you.


Each episode, we explore the full journey, the human stories that shape us, the loud thoughts that run the show, the patterns that hold us back, and the intuition and angel guidance that's been there all along. I'll share my own real experiences, bring in therapists, counselors, healers, and beautiful souls who have walked through the fire and found their light, and help you develop your own spiritual gifts so you can hear what your angels and Spirit Team are trying to tell you.
